Fitzpatrick Grand Central Our 2,200 square foot outdoor space is protected by a fully retractable awning and is equipped with gas heaters, so it can be enjoyed in all but the worst weather.
The Patio is a more casual space that, in addition to hosting your ceremony, can offer some unique celebration options, from a formal reception to a casual barbecue, as well as wedding rehearsal dinners or a “day after” brunch.

The Marriage License
Couples looking to marry in New York must secure a license to do so from the State of New York at least 24 full hours before the ceremony is held. The fee is $35, payable by money order or credit card. Divorce and death decrees may be required if applicable.
Both parties must provide proper identification (e.g. license or passport) and fill out a marriage license application, which is now possible to do online. The ceremony must take place in New York State for the license to be valid.
