Best hotel choice in Manhattan IMO. Great location, reasonably priced, excellent staff, generously sized rooms. Decor is uninspiring, but also completely unobjectionable. Bed was comfortable. Had a delicious, quiet meal in the hotel restaurant.

With a special mention to Alan and Tommy, made our stay memorable. From booking tickets for broadway and other attractions before our arrival to restaurant recommendations and tips for our next trip, the team went above and beyond.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean hotel. Well situated for walks and trips into the village. Dungeon bar and tea area were quaint and great places for conversation. Lovely jazz band playing when we got there. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful for getting us around.

I find it seriously hard to find any fault with the hotel, facilities or staff. The rooms we booked were spacious and lovely (one suite, one double). They had everything we wanted in the rooms and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Great stay and we are going back in April. Just be aware that there are interior rooms which face the inside – no sky visible from the lower floor. Can’t be helped – but the room makes up for it very nicely. It’s good for someone who does not want to hear the city traffic.

We were celebrating the anniversary of our Irish wedding, and the Fitzpatrick always reminds us of our trips to the Emerald Isle! We were checked in early by Brendan, who told us our special room was being prepared, and he would call us when it was ready. What a grand surprise to find out that we would be staying in the Penthouse!!!

Excellent location in the heart of Manhattan. Very close to subway and Central Park and major attractions. Great food and drinks. Super helpful staff. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in city.

Property was great. Rooms were really warm but we just opened windows and it worked out. Great staff, super clean and very convenient location. One of our new favorite hotels .
